One week until the Doctors' Trial verdicts and the pronouncement of the Nuremberg Code
The verdicts were handed down on Monday, August 19th, 1947. We’ll cover them “live” on our 75-year delay next Friday, August 19th, 2022.
As a teaser, here is the first principle of the Nuremberg Code:
1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which nay not be delegated to another with impunity.
This week on Steve Kirsch’s Vaccine Safety Research Foundation Weekly Update he had holocaust and concentration camp survivor Vera Sharav.
A few quotes from Vera (transcribed by me, so any errors are mine):
Eugenics never went away. It merely changed names. Eugenics was imported from the United States by Nazi Germany. They then implemented en masse. The problem is eugenics really continues to be in the culture of public health. It is not the Hippocratic Oath: first do no harm to the individual. It is “the greater good.
When you treat human beings as a heard of animals … you are essentially eliminating the humanity and the dignity of the person. This runs through public health throughout Western Europe and the United States and particularly the UK. They really mostly disregard the individual. …
I do believe at this point we are talking about a deliberate eugenics agenda. They have said it themselves.
Full video on Ramble. The previous quotes from Vera begin at around 49:00. The following at 01:28:30:
Obedience is what empowers the tyrants. Without obedience they can't do what they are doing. … The psychological weapon of fear is something we are really seeing in full play. Even when they are not being forced—nobody has a gun to their neck, they are doing it anyway. That is the power of evil.
And at 01:34:33:
For many years people pointed the finger at Germany: how could they have allowed this to happen to their society? Now there are quite a few that are saying "uh huh, that's how."
This week I have assembled an index by defendant (not spammed to subscribers via email) with convenient links to the relevant portions of the trial of the prosecution and the defense’s case. Hopefully this will be a helpful resource for fellow students of history.
Heading to rumble to listen to Vera. Thanks & God bless
