HARDY: May it please the Tribunal, this morning when I was making an attempt to ascertain the duration of the defense, I apparently misunderstood just the length of time the defense case would take. Am I to understand that the case of Pokorny and his three witnesses will take two to two and half days, and in addition thereto, the defense counsel as a whole will require four additional days to put in their supplementary document books?
