THE MARSHAL: The Tribunal is again in session. THE PRESIDENT: With reference to these documents which are under consideration, being extracts from publications which are deemed relevant by counsel, the Tribunal will be inclined to admit in evidence extracts from publications which are approved medical journals, or publications which are recognized generally in the countries in which they are published by physicians and other persons as being responsible publications. That, of course, will require each document to be presented and considered by the Tribunal and the ruling made on each document as it may be offered.
